味噌バトル
10月9日（火）昼夜新規店２軒
あー。今日の昼どないしようかなぁ。非常に中途半端な時間だ。久々に赤坂の町でもぷらっとしてみるかなぁ。ぷらっと歩いていると一点張の前に無双というラーメン屋ができていた。
思わず、入ってしまう。店内は、すべて満席。お店の中にも人が待っている。メニューをみると味噌が一番最初にきているので一番のうりなのだろう。券売機で味噌を購入してしばらくまつ。店内は、女性同士のＯＬの人も多く客層はさまざまだ。それにしても、味噌で有名な一点張の目の前に味噌を売りにだしてぶつけてくるとは、たいしたものだ。よほどの自信と確かな味がなければここにラーメン屋をもってくることはしないだろう。そういう意味でいえば、食べる前から期待ができる。
席につきラーメンがでてくる。非常に麺が太い。いや～うまそう。麺をすする。うまい。スープをすする。こくがありなかなかのうまみのある味噌。いけるやん。オッケーやね。となりの醤油を見てみると濃い目の味のようだ。それに麺の太さが味噌と違いややほそめ、いけるね～。このこだわり今度は醤油を食べてみたい。
これからも一点張とよい意味で味噌バトルを展開して相乗効果によって味をより高みを目指してほしい。
夜、今日は、Ｋとともに、ちょー久々にラーメン二郎＠目黒にいく。
Ｋがえらいギトギトが好きなのでつれてってくれと前々からいわれていた。
車で向かい、あの二郎へと向かい小ダブルを食するうまかったっす！！！
Ｋもこのラーメンを非常に気に入ったらしく。カーナビに登録していたくらいだ。また、いきやしょー。

無双は意外に私が好きなのが冷やし中華です。
